I make home made fresh Italian sausage and stuff it in casings. And, of course, take pictures of it for all my BYC friends.

Not real hard, especially if you have someone to turn the sausage grinder for you! My husband and I made it in about an hour. It started as nine pounds of pork butt. And you don't have to put it in the casings, you can just use it as bulk sausage and its really good. Can't wait to get some of those on the grill, though.

DW is making chocolate chip cookies right now. I can smell them here in the MB... yum.

Our poor Green Bay fan friends from Utah are on their way back from the stadium, the cookies are to cheer them up.

Hummus and coleslaw. Hummus did not turn out great, I put a bit too much liquid in it. Woops! Still edible, who cares.

Homemade coleslaw- ooooh yes.

We were going to make pizza from scratch tonight but ended up eating hot dogs for dinner instead. We sure are fancy.

A big batch of buttermilk biscuits made from scratch... served with a spread of butter and organic honey. YUM!!! Sometimes we alternate with cheesy biscuits served with pipping hot soup.
