What do you make with the eggs you get from your chickens?

We usually make egg sandwiches in the morning or egg burritos. Also whatever my mom makes that has eggs in it.

Only have 1 that is getting back into laying, and Mercedes is pretty much done now I think with laying lol I have 7 babies practically ready to lay, only 3 seem like they are close to POL in the near future.

I miss my eggs!!!
