Ok I have Katy's rolls rising. I hope I did it right..if so I think I am going to take them to a dinner party tomorrow night...

The mixer made it a cinch!

You all have opened my eyes.... I was only thinking about cakes, cookies, and bread. I had forgotten about biscuits

Oh and the attachments are great, too!!!!!! I have a grinder that I use for meat and making sandwich spread. And works great when it's time to can my tomatoes. Throw them in sliced in half along with garlic, peppers, and onions -- work great. Also have a noodle/spaghetti/lasagna roller attachement.
