What do you recommend for this poor attacked chicken?

The crop is an open wound, the dog attacked it, and it was also getting little larvae in it's wounds, it's been bathed, and have sprayed hydrogen peroxide, I'm not able to take it to the vet, but am willing to try and stich it if you think it would be a good idea? The skin is thin and the wound is pretty large, I feel terrible and have a hard time putting them down

Agreed, even is you did get her to live she would most likely need special care the rest of her life.

I'm all for saving something and giving everything a fair chance, but if you can't afford the vet - I'd agree to put this one down. The wound wasn't tended to immediately and was allowed to be infested with maggots. I'm sure at this point infection has set in. The bird would need that cleaned really well (think surgical revision and debridement) and to be put on strong antibiotics.
