What do you spend on average every month on feed?

Wow, this is really interesting to see.....what kind of chicken feed are you buying at $9 a bag???

My ducks are eating the most right now....greedy little things.

All the chickens free range so they are eating next to nothing as far as feed goes. With winter coming I'm sure mine will go up!

Thanks for sharing everyone, it makes me feel a little better now.

stater/grower @10.00
scratch feed @ 10.00 which is gonna go up as I feed the birds and wild turkeys also.

So about 35.00 per month.

(we have one dog and shes very tiny)
we were going thru $100 a month in chicken feed but are down to about $6 a month.

Wow how to do you all get away with one bag of chicken feed a month. I go through 2 bags a week.

And thats with full free ranging. We only feed like 6 mcdonalds cups aday.

Of course I have like 100+ chickens though.

In the winter, we have to buy sweetfeed for 5+ horses.... now I'm depressed...
