What do you think about this chicks behavior? YouTube video link

I had posted a thread on here about one of my chicks that didn't seem to be doing very well. She is improving slightly, still thin but eating and drinking. She just lays down a lot. Does this look like a failure to thrive case, or just a chick that needs a little help? She does try to keep up with the others. I've looked very carefully at both legs and can't see any visible injury etc. Her toes do seem to be weak in a way if that makes sense.

I think she just needs some extra vitamins and minerals and time. She is eating and drinking and active just not as active as the rest.
