At the shelter he was tagged as a “pit hound mix.” In reality his parentage were probably not purebred themselves. Yes,I think there is a difference between the colloquial term pit bull and the breed. However, I will say that a landlord in a city where they have ordinances against pitbulls can deny you if your shelter pup is tagged as a pit mix. So whether he has true pit lineage or not, he is subject to the same laws and rules.

I had the vet change it on my forms. Now it just says “hound mix.” But I kinda felt dishonest about it at first. Now I don’t.

My Husky/Chocolate Lab and rumored wolf highbred has two color eyes.. One husky sky blue and one wolf gold.. Everyone say she is beautiful.. Creeps me out, especial when she is staring at me, sizing me up for dinner.

Plus he can kinda get away with maybe not being a pitbull in the colloquial sense. And yes, don’t follow laws that are asinine—but living in fear that your landlord can evict you if they find out or see it is another thing!

It's why I 'OWN' my own home minus taxes.. STATE of affairs.. I got lucky after a lifetime of work.. I never quit, even when beat to the ground. I just clung to their feet and 'THEY' screamed for help.. I wouldn't let go.. Don't know how many it took to pry me off, but was more than one.
