I'll have to try that Chrissystems too. I'm going to be bathing at least 30 birds that first week of October and its worth trying. I do go all through mine with a flea and tick shampoo 'just in case'.
On the wings, it depends. They go through a wierd gawky stage at 4-6 months. Sometimes they grow into their wings and other times it gets even more noticeable.
Here are some pics of mine that are kind of like that too. Their mom is definitely going to find a new home. I paid $100 for her, but hers just gradually got worse and she IS passing it on.
