I was wondering what people think of my Columbian Wyandotte bantam pullet? I am not impressed with her tail. I was going to use her for breeding, but just think she isn't that great. I am open to criticism.

I have raised Columbians before and seen alot at shows and she is really good in my opinion. Her tail is alot better than some wyandottes who suffer from bunny tails. She has good clean Columbian markings and wyandotte type. No bird is perfect but she is good and with a male that has good qualities also you should get some nice offspring.

I forgot to say that she is a bantam, does that make it any difference?

Her tail seems nice to me. A big fault in wyandottes, standard and bantam, is the tendency towards 'bunny tails' which look more like a cochin's tail than a wyandotte (or so I was told by Tony Albritton and Daniel Jerome when discussing the standard and talking about common faults in wyandottes last spring).

I can't really how her head connects into back into tail without a good side picture?
