What do you think of this coop?

Not sure about the waterer. I think it would freeze in new england but looks like a good coop for serama's.

Generally, i like it. My Seramas would love it for the summer. Winter here in Minn. not so much.

If I put a heat light in it and hay bales around it in the winter do you think it would work?
