Coops around here are pretty high priced so 125 seems fair. You could get a lot more if there was a clean out door (perhaps a hinged roof?) and it was a big larger, but I'm guessing this will suit someone. It's very cute.

I just wanted to say that I saw your ad on CL prior to registering on this site and I was very tempted to respond and make you an offer. My biggest issue is I live just across the border from you in BC (used to live in Bellingham WA though) and the more I think about trying to take a coop across the border, the bigger the headache I get. Also, even though I'm a complete newbie I was hoping to find something a little bigger that could comfortably house 4-6 standard size hens. Cute little coop though.
