What do you think of this Coop?

I dont have any inside pictures. I would go take some but its pouring down rain right now!! I can try too as soon as it clears up for you.

no worries, is there wire inside too above the collection tray? My yard isnt fence in so i could not let them go free but i could make a nice little run for them with stakes and wire during the day

No wire above the collection tray area. The roof there opens up for cleaning and venting mainly...adding wire there wouldnt be hard though its a small area.
I have little building skills and buying this one was way easier than building... I can build simple things lol! An added run would be a great and easy thing for them too!

I have the same coop actually. You can gauge the size by the gallon water bucket on the side seen in the picture.
You will have to add bottom protection if you want to keep things from digging under. We did and it was easy to do. We also added another roosting bar in the top part because well the small one in there our four girls would be fighting over it, that was another easy project. We also did replace all the latches on the coop, it came with the easy bar latches so we now have hasp with clips on each of them, one to keep my kids out easier and two racoons around here are too smart Ive been hearing from other chicken owners.
All in all it is a good starter for a small amount of birds. We have four thats all.
Looks like it has a vent at the peak of the roof? That would be good.
As after the heavy rain today, is there and leakage inside the coop?

Personally I think $300 is a lot to spend on something that will need all kinds of customization and adjustments. I don't have any building skills either but I've managed to build several runs & hoop coops for MUCH less using a few simple tools and copying from examples online. I've also heard that these coops are not very waterproof at all and most people end up having to cover with a tarp. My advice would be to build a simple tractor for much less $ that you can customize from the start. There are lots of examples on the Coops tab. Hoop coops, pallet coops, are great options for those of us who may be lacking in construction skills

Good luck!

We have had hard heavy long days of rain since the coop has been up. The straw and wood shavings inside have stayed dry each time! I was worried about that and that's why I put the straw and wood out to test it out...I was surprised!
After adding the things we did we only paid like an extra $40 or so. We did have a ton of wire and wood and the clips laying around. I tried and failed badly at making a pallet coop last year.....

How many chickens do you have in it? Big size?

I have four, they are still chicks but I babysat my friends four RIRs last week for a few days and they were mighty fine in there fom what I could tell!
I do live in Alabama, it does not snow here. Mild weather most of the time, rains often and gets 50+mph winds when fronts move through. The coop has been up and built for a few months now. Honestly zero problems with it so far. I know its not like top of the line but for us its perfect. Plus the smaller size keeps me from adding more chickens...

I had one very similar to the first one you are interested in. You can see the smaller roof lifts up. There is no ventilation along the roofline. The only ventilation was two small holes on the side opposite the door and window. We took the plexiglass window out, put hardware cloth over it, and velcro'd plexiglass over the outside for inclement weather. My husband built this protected run for them, it is completely surrounded by hardware cloth, which you should use on the bottom, not chicken wire. If you put too much bedding in the poop drawer, you can't slide it out to clean it. It can fit four grown hens if they only sleep in it and can have more room to roam. I also was not too happy bending over every day to either clean or fill food. Needless to say this coop didn't last long! My husband built me and the girls a new one.
