What do you think?

DadyChicken I still have my fingers crossed for you!!
Forget the combs and the wattles for a minute. On the picture of the crower, see all the saddle feathers that are growing down with pointy ends. Check your other chickens for the same feature. It is hard to tell, but the chicken to the right of the crower on the first pic, may not have saddle feathers.

I have read that non dominant rooster may not crow. No such luck with mine....all the cockerels crow all the time.

Sorry, forgot the link.

On that page the hens do have larger combs and wattles but also take note that the hens that were shown are 22-26 weeks old so their combs/wattles will look large because they are older.

I'm sorry but you've got all roos.. and they only seem more roo-ish to me looking at your latest pictures.

And Baby La-La is a rooster, sorry.

All roos.

Pick your favorite to keep and then get him some girls....or wait to see which one is the nicest. I've heard that RIR roos aren't always the friendliest.

Gonna have to say definitely all roos... My RiR hens have very little wattle OR comb at nearly three months old.

Sucks that you got such bad luck this time around.

Another vote for all boys I'm afraid, they are now begining to show shiny saddle feathers that hang down just before their tails too, no eggs from this lot

So at least four have definitely turned out to be roo's and we have got rid of three. I want to keep one roo but I'm still not 100% sure about this one. What do you think?
