What do you use for irritated skin?

My mother's chicken was attacked and she wants to use something on the scratches and irritated areas. Suggestions?

Scratches and cuts...neosporine WITHOUT the pain relief additive.

For many skin irritations Nu-Stock ointment (Tractor Supply, Amazon, etc.,)

How bad is the chicken hurt?

Just some pulled out feathers on her back and a little redness to the skin. Minor. Worked in the vet world for 17 years, but it's a rarity to see a chicken. I figured someone else has probably been through this successfully. Thanks for the info. I will pass it on.
