what do you use to weigh your chickens?

I got rid of all my laying chickens and only have american gamefowl now. I wouldnt really care to weigh other types of chicken but for these I would like precise weights and I have multiple reasons. tracking growth, breeding, dosing medicines and just to generally make sure they are maintaining weight while also giving me an opportunity to handle them regularly and keep them easy to manage...

I weigh to see who's making standard weight and for dewormer dosage.

I track growth and seasonal weight variation. Following weight can also give insight into when feeding regimen needs to be changed. Most of my birds are not provided feed free-choice so info from weights can be important, especially when birds are confined.

I can also see changes in weight over the course of a 24-hour interval making so I have an understanding about crop fill and depletion patterns.

For weighing anything under 5 kg I use food scale. I also weigh for the reaons you mentioned and track the weights of mine using an excel spreadsheet. I'll post some screenshots of it later.
