A crafts project section is an idea, if you'll notice under the me, my family section you will see alot of crafts threads. just a suggestion though. Mawchickkidie oh yea and maybe a how-to section for those who don't know how-to post pictures or avators or buttons things such as that.

Apparently, we need a "report" button in the chat room. It seems like several members were trying to locate a moderator. NOT ENOUGH MODS FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE SIGNED UP!
I could only see one mod on line during all the fighting and she can't be everywhere
Can we also have a list of mods and maybe put their names in bold lettering when they are on line with a way to contact them immediately? I mean like list them in the Index so you don't have to go through a bunch of pages to get to them? Thanks

I correct myself, I see at least one other mod on line. Hard to run to the mod list and then run back and see if that person is on line or not.

To reiterate, we do not expect that there will always be a moderator online. For the 9 years BYC has had a forum we've never needed someone online 24/7. There is rarely any post, spam, problematic member, emergency, or any other situation that requires a moderator to take action sooner than 12 hours. Granted, there is usually at least one member of the BYC staff online at a time and they will reply to reports usually within minutes (especially with big problems) but we'll never have a moderator guaranteed response time less than 12 hours.

As stated in the thread linked to above, if any members see problems on the forum just hit a report link and provide details on the problem and what you think should be done. If the problem is in chat, you can hit the report link on any thread and just say, "This isn't to report this post, but I want to let the staff know that xxxxxxx (details of the problem with copies of the chat text)."

We want the forum to remain fast for everyone and allowing images... on ever single reply, slows things down and makes the forum messy... especially if you have to read past a huge bottle image of an energy drink after every reply.

It has been on the list as a request, but we probably won't add it.
