What do you want for Christmas?

I want a silkie but I cant get any more chickens for a while. We dont have much room.

I would love to have a dairy cow to provide milk for my family and what we don't use can go to my flock.

If it were that easy, I would ask for a huge yard and a huge pen with some peafowls in it !

Else well, I think I don't really want something in particular. Maybe a peacock from our Zoo ? Heh...But still I don't have the yard nor the pen...

It's funny to me how this year is going where Christmas is concerned. Typically speaking, I am blessed to not have any wants or needs around the holidays, so when people ask me what I'd like for Christmas, I am honestly able to say nothing. This year however, the people in my world seem to have a knack for getting me something that I have secretly been wanting, and just haven't mentioned because I cannot justify paying the price for that item, and, they are all giving them to me early.

My husband has given me an automatic winding watch. I cannot wear one with a battery as I run them down. I would never pay what he did for this watch, and he knows it. He has also gotten me two peach trees! My daughter and her boyfriend have just given me a Kitchenaid stand mixer! I've been on the watch for 20+ years for one at every yard sale, flea market, auction, and thrift store. It's another item that I couldn't justify paying the asking price for myself.
