These messages are because you're watching the thread that is being replied to. Not because you're following DiYMama540.... (I don't even know if you are.) But those notifications are because you commented here and auto-watch a thread when you comment in it.

I have to admit that in fact i am following @DiYMama540 - Ooops! That sounds like i am a stalker! I'm surely not!
I own this thread, therefore i should be notified when something is going on here!
