What does <3 mean?

♥ I can do a heart too. I thought I was the only one who didn't kniw what it meant. One thing I don't like is all the abreviations - I guess my brain is too slow to figure out BTW, BRB, BBB, whatever. And while I'm on the subject what is DH and DW? I see it alot on here. Please help.

Yea, I got that. It is not working. I've used the 3..the f3.....the little square 3 on my L. Those are the only threes on this thing.
