What does a Buff Orpington cockerel look like?

We got some BO pullets and one cockerel (we think and hope). They are now 9 weeks old and we question whether Wally is a BO. He was always smaller than the girls and still is quite a bit smaller. His feathers are very light, although difficult to tell in the photo, are slightly brownish (but not close to how the pullets look). The feathers are not white, though.






Is he a BO?
