What does a duck do when

I guess tonight I will decide what I will do. She is resting now but I will probably have to make the vet do it. I can't.

So sorry. I understand not having enough money to go to the vet, so don't feel bad about not being able to take her to one. If her quality of life has declined to the point where you think she is suffering, then euthanasia is something to consider.

Some animal shelters will do it for free, as will some low-cost spay and neuter clinics. Let us know what you decide to do and we will support you.

She probably does have something internal. Could be cancer, ascites, or infection.
