What does a splash silkie baby look like? Can you see the "splashes"?

Sorry, dumb question. Can you tell a splash baby?

When I got mine, I thought she might be a lav. She was very pale grey. At about 4 weeks she started getting her black feathers.

hmmmm Ok, so no spashes to start with? I have some very strange color babies - not quite white, not quite gray....
