What does BAM and BCH stand for in chicken breeds?

Sorry you didn't get an answer. I'm definitely no breeds expert, but usually I'm familiar with the names and I don't recognize either of those.

BCM is Black Copper Marans. Could that be it?

For reasons unknown, BYC folks make just about everything into an abbreviation. About the only COMMON breed abbreviations are OE or OEGB (Old English, NOT olive egger!!!!!! and Old English Game Bantam) and RIR (Rhode Island Red).
