When all but two of a big bunch of EE's I hatched turned out to be males, I put an ad on Craigslist offering to give most of them away when they were around 6 weeks old. A guy took 7 of them and I am pretty sure he intends to eat them. I hung on to two EEs, and I am going to keep all my Speckled Sussex and Polish roos until they get old enough for me to evaluate their conformation and temperament. I'll keep two permanently, probably.
