I am no poop expert, it just looks watery to me, do all of her poops look like this?

No just some but she does it a few times a day

I live where it is hot and I have never seen a poop like that before due to it being hot and drinking more water.

What do you feed your flock are they eating well?

No I haven't worked them I only have these two I feed then medicated chick starter

Most likely it's hot. Chickens can't sweat so they drink a lot to cool their core temp. They can't pee, so their poo is watery.

Is there a way I can stop that or help them?

Fill a gallon size jug 3/4 or less full and freeze it.
Place it in the coop or where they hang out during the hottest part if the day.
They will sit near it/up against it to help cool off.

There is really nothing you need to do as long as they are acting ok. If they are acting stressed, lethargic, if their coordination is off, you can give them some electrolytes. When any animal is facing heat stress it's not uncommon for the electrolytes to get out of balance b/c they are passing those vital elements in their urine, poo or sweat. If you do give electrolytes, be sure to offer both the electrolyte solution AND plain water.

For 1 qt of water: 2 - 3 TBSP sugar
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP baking soda

If you want to flavor it (totally un-necessary) but you could if drinking it yourself, you could add some of the old fashioned Kool-Aid powder (the kind you have to add sugar to) or even some Jello powder.
