If you kick at them they see you as aggressor and it will get worse not better. I just corner them and pick them up then carry them around like a football tucked under my arm with their feet up in my hand so they can't spur me.

So basically, life has gotten rough for him he's stressed out and I am not paying enough attention to him so he needs some cuddle time both to soothe his ruffled feathers AND remind him who really runs things around here??
