What does it mean when air cells are huge?

They are larger than normal and have been this big for probably 8 days, they are on day 17 now.

as they incubate the air cell gets bigger

Over ventilation, to low of humidity or old eggs to start with.

Were they shipped eggs? Did you candle before setting them? If the air cell was detached it makes the air cell huge when incubating.
