what does it mean?

This September is the near-by Agricultural fair and one of the rules ofr poultry and animal showing is that they be registered or certified. What does that mean? And how do I go about that?

I'd contact the organizers and ask them directly. It might mean you have to register ahead of time and not just show up on the day of the fair with them. It is quite possible and highly likely they have to have some type of medical testing before you show up. Registered and certified could mean several different things The people organizing the fair know what they mean when they use those terms. I sure don't.

Okay I will try and find a way to contact them. I just figured it might be a universal term used in all shows.
