So my girls (RIRs, EEs, BOs) are around six months, and I still see no eggs. I started them on oyster shell a week ago, a little late, I know. I started them on layer feed about a month ago. Is it that they aren't getting enough sunlight? Or perhaps its something else?

Some do take a little longer, occasionally much longer. Have you seen the combs turn redder? A good sign their day is imminent. If they are true free range, you might find eggs under a bush somewhere.

That isn't so unusual for the breeds you listed...

While you are waiting, be sure their protein needs are being met by making sure you are not feeding lots of extras such as fruit, scratch and fatty foods. I would keep them on just layer feed (oyster shell on the side) and greens like grass and nothing else until they lay. Otherwise they fill up on treats and don't eat the layer and pretty soon they are not getting the right nutrition.
