What does this do?

I’m on the app right now and I’m wondering what the three dots and a | right next to it does. I tap on it and it does nothing. Is this just for looks?
If it works why doesn’t it let me click it?

Hmmm...

Another photo.. it’s been there since I got the app, but the dots aren’t on BYC on my computer on Google as my browser... for my phone, browser or not, it’s there.

That is because settings on your phone has nothing to do with BYC.
