Need help my chickens have had watermelon and tomatoes lately that are red in color. Every one seems healthy and happy. What does this mean and how to treat if necessary? TIA

Could be intestinal shedding.
Is this a one time poop or are you seeing a lot of it?

It seems to be just that one. I am keeping an eye out but haven't seen more like that.
