What does this mean?

In my Display part of my profile, it shows this. What does the last one mean? Can we put images in signatures? Or is it smileys? *Confuzzled*​

I think the last option is just a standard feature in forums. Since signature images are disabled here, it's useless. You could always test it if you wanted to, though!
