What does this mean ?

I raised my first clutch of keets, now 4 months old.
Occasionally I see a behavior I haven't noticed in the adults.
They bow their head to the ground and back up, full-speed.
What does this mean?

They are trying out their reverse gear!

They are trying to get another bird to engage in a game of chase.
It is a funny thing to watch for sure.
