What does this noise mean?

I've got one pullet who screams her version of the egg song for hours before she lays, and started weeks before her first egg... I've been saying it marks her labour pains since the poor thing lays a double yoker a day. Is your girls call similar to any call the others make?

I only have two chickens as a little hobby! And my other is younger so she hasn’t started making any type of call yet! I’d say it was just some random thing because she hasn’t made it since!

Well now, that does make deciphering it a little harder, now doesn't it? I'm sure they will give you plenty of opportunities to scratch your head and wonder what they're going on about in the future.
