What does this sound mean?

My 12 week old Buff Orpington has been making this quick repetitive clucking sound lately. It's not super high pitched but it isn't a low deep chirp either. She seems to do it every time we come to pet her. Hoping someone can tell me what it means if I can add it on here. Any idea on how to add a sound??
