What dosage of serrapeptase do I give my rooster?

I recently made a post asking for help diagnosing my rooster with a swollen knee, and I am now pretty sure he has squamous cell carcinoma. I am going to buy and give him serrapeptase, but there are so many different dosages on amazon. If anyone has given serrapeptase to their chicken before, what dosage did you buy? My rooster is a 5 year old brahma. Should I just give him the lowest dosage I find? Or is that not enough? I know this is a blood thinner, so I want to be careful.
