what dose of this medicine?

I have ivermectin and would like to use it as a wormer for my chickens, and secondary pest control, They are 7 weeks old, I live in a hot humid area, and they free range in the yard. How much do I give them? I was thinking to dip a meal worm in the med and feed it to them. Here is the med I have.

Ivermectin is ineffective as a wormer in poultry due to its overuse as a miteacide, worms have built resistance to the product. You be better off using valbazen liquid cattle sheep wormer or safeguard liquid goat wormer to worm your birds.
