What duck breed?

I am entering one of them in fair and would like to know the breed. Top duck is Pablo, bottom duck is Sebastian.

Crested is not a breed, just a feature that some breeds have. You look to have crested runners. I believe Bali duck is just another name for crested runner and they are the same thing.
