What d'ya think of the Kidcraft Playhouse?**stiffed by the seller!!**

This is on our local CL...sells brand new for $300 at Costco, thought I'd offer this guy much less than what he's asking. Didn't get great reviews from Costco customers, but I figured it was some nice bones to start with. I want to put up a little bantam or grow out coop. What's the most you'd offer for this?

That is an AWESOME playhouse at an even awesomer price!! If you have the means you would not regret getting this and making a very nice coop out of it. It even has nest boxes built in for heaven's sake!

Cash works well, so offer $100 and haggle from there.

Well, they're not ready to go down on the price...they've never sealed it after the factory seal so it's dried out....need to sleep on it. Not a bargain at $200 IMO. I'd still need to build the run too.

If it was me Id run and get that awesome playhouse! It so cute and much bigger than the pre made coop...you can easily build a run for way less that $95 to add onto the play house.
