I read your first post and it's nothing more than New Age mumbo jumbo....Apparently too deep for us old hippies.

Actually, it's not New Age at all. The Chinese have been using elements for a long time (Fire, Earth, Wood, Metal and Water).

I used to be a professional elbow bender, if that counts for anything.

I hate bending for anything, especially the floor. The floor seemed so much closer when I was younger.
