What ELSE could be causing these droppings (graphic photo)

I see about 2 to 5 of these droppings per day. I have 34 chickens. I’ve done lots of fecal floats and they don’t usually turn up much. Although we know at least one hen has clostridium. However, her droppings are different. We did have worms and did a deworming a couple months ago. I just took a fecal sample in that looked like this in a few days ago. It was tested within 24 hours and they said there were NO parasites found. They assured me that they did test for Coccidia, although I’m not really sure whether to believe it. I also know we have at least two or three hens with Bumblefoot. It looks like it may be old scabs, which I’m trying to assess as they are chickens we didn’t raise, but we’re about to start addressing that. Period Could staff cause this?
I could pay for a blood test, but honestly, these chickens are making me a lot poorer 😆. I just can’t keep doing this. So I am wondering if this is the normal amount of intestinal shedding per day for 34 chickens? Or should I be very concerned?

In this photo, there’s also sand, feathers and some drops of vinegar because I was cleaning the roost.

That red material in the poop is likely intestinal shed if that's what has you concerned. It's normal to see it from time to time, but if it's showing up every single day in increasingly larger amounts, then it can mean a low grade infection is present.

Thanks for your response. Sorry I missed it somehow. I think there may be a low grade infection going around. I haven't been using any antibiotics, but have increased the frequency of garlic mashed into the feed - a few times per week. I'm seeing a lot less of the bloody stuff lately, though it may just be a coincidence.
