I had the same thought - my hubby wouldn't want that because I'd stay up all night watching it and he hates to try to sleep with the TV light flickering.

I'm more of a night person, and he has to get up earlier in the AM. I like to watch TV or something to distract myself while I'm going to sleep - I have GAD and if I have the TV going then I don't have the 'tape' running in my head while I'm trying to get to sleep.

My solution only cost $250 - I have a Zune (the microsoft version of an I-pod) and I have converted several of my fav DVDs so I can watch them on my own personal little TV and never bother DH at all.

I've conditioned myself to fall asleep about 2 min after hearing the opening to any StarWars movie. Not that they are boring, but I never seem to get past 'They've shut down the main reactor...We'll be destroyed for sure...this is madness..."
