What exactly does "straight run" mean?

Straight run means get ready for a few chicken dinners in a couple of months!

I got very lucky and ended up with ALL hens, even the straight run are hens! When buying chicks, I'd never thought I'd touch the straight run bin.LOL

So sorry about your 2 roo's. I see a lot of roo's in the sexed pullet bin, my neighbor gas for sure one and maybe two males.
