What exactly is an EE?

They're crossbreeds, aren't they? Is it simply a cross between any breed and an Ameraucana or Araucana?

I'm sorry for being so ignorant, but I would like to know for sure.

not all of the time if its pure and doesnt meet the standard of perfection that it is sold or put in a breeding pen if it has enough good quality...Its a mutt a mix if you will i have a discolor pure ameraucana and i dont call her an EE​
