I just recently noticed that one of my chick seems to have an eye problem. Just few days ago, i noticed its other eye is red but the other eye isn't. The chick also sometimes closes its red eyes. And now, i noticed that there is something in her eyes. I dont know how to describe it so i attached some pictures. The first pic is her fine eye, and the other 2 pics are her other eye with some problems. Also to note tho, she is still healthy running around the flock.

Also, i keep this chick with her other 2 siblings in a separate area during eating time. And so after feeding them, shes a really squirmy chick so everytime i try to grab her, she just flies all over around and gets crazy. I dont know if that could be the reason or not.

That looks like conjunctivitis, and it's actually affecting both eyes, but the right one to a lesser extent. I'd get an antimicrobial eye rinse (there are several kinds; I can't really recommend one over another, as I usually just look at active ingredients and buy the cheapest) and use it for a week. If that doesn't clear it up, move to more aggressive measures such as tetracycline eye ointment.

Can you name a few antimicrobial eye rinse? I dont currently really have any of those at home and if ask on the store, they might give something else + they also don't have much resources either.

It wont go away on its own right? If its just left as it is?

Off the top of my head, Vetericyn plus. You can use pretty much anything that's marketed as an antimicrobial eye rinse, though; the active ingredient is usually hypochlorous acid, and the inactive ingredients are salt (sodium chloride) and water. (Which is why I know that this stuff is majorly overpriced). It doesn't really matter what animal it's marketed for, the ingredients are innocuous enough that they're not going to hurt a chicken. Just double-check and make sure there's nothing odd in whatever product you get.

It could go away on its own. The immune system is an amazing thing. However, the infection had enough power to get this strong in the first place, and spread to the second eye, so I think it's unlikely.

EDT: assuming it is an infection. It might not be. Conjunctivitis pretty much just means "swelling inside the eyelid." It's kind of like irritable bowel syndrome; just because there's a name for it doesn't mean we're sure what caused it in this particular instance.
