What feed?

I have 3 9 weeks old chicks and 3 6-7 weeks old chicks. They are outside during they day and go in the coop at night. I’m still feeding them starter feed. Should I be feeding them something different?

Starter is fine until you run out. Then I'd switch to an all flock feed. Add free choice oyster shell when they start laying.

What ever brand of feed you chose to feed be sure to use a complete feed in pellet or crumble form, NOT a seeded feed.

If you don't mind me asking what brand is your starter feed?
You may be able to continue to use that until they get closer to laying age.
Depending on the breeds you have they should start laying around 20 something weeks.

Depends on the chicken. Some start laying at 18 weeks or earlier and some not until 28 weeks or later.

Compare then to the ingredients listed on column 1.
