Right now I'm craving a grilled sandwich with a slice each of Swiss cheese and smokehouse cheddar, and a layer of mesquite smoked thin sliced chicken lunch meat. So excuse me while I go make and eat one. With a Claussen dill pickle spear on the side, of course.

I grill in butter, but I put mayo on the bread on the inside, as well as a very light spread of Grey Poupon mustard.
I do love a good sandwich. Sometimes after it's grilled I'll open it up and add a dlice of fresh tomato if I have a good one.

I'll take a dozen to go, please!

Roasted salsa, so I'm making some. I have onions, Roma tomatoes and poblano chilis roasting in the big oven and a head of garlic roasting in the toaster oven. Ahhhh... it's so nice to be able to use the oven again and the kitchen smells so good!
