What food can I raise?

I grow celery and it grows pretty fast. I do not use all the leaves, so I give the excess to the chickens. Just like normal gardening. Anything you don't use they can eat. Stuff just grows faster typically in aquaponics.

We're growing black soldier fly larvae and I feed them to the chickens and catfish in our AP system. I've also planted way more melons and squash than we'll ever eat so I can feed our birds that as well.
