What food do you/spouse refuse to even try?

I will not eat, any organ meats, anything with heavy food coloring, insects, Shellfish, milk (allergic to both, and not fond of the hospital). When traveling to Africa and parts of Asia I went vegitarian to avoid mystery meats.

Hubby: Ostrich (he got a wicked case of food poisioning years ago), Organ meats, insects, coconut.

My husband eats everything. I will not try organ meat, brains, feet...etc
I do like frog legs and alligator tail and octopus.

Tang, anything scraped off a lunar module, coffee beans passed through the digestive tract of a cat, props from Indiana Jones movies, McDonalds at shift change, mushrooms when I am not feeling lucky and eye of newt. Everything else is good.

I watch Andrew Zimmern on the Travel Channel just so I can keep my "no" list fresh: Let's see, no fried or stewed boy-parts of animals; nothing scraped from the inside of a log and nothing fermented in tundra. Otherwise, I am a pretty hearty eater!!!

Just about any veggie that is leafy and cooked....like spinach, greens, cabbage....

Pretty much any 'wild' animal. I'm sure I ate some when I was younger, but now that I"m old enough to know what it is, I'll pass! If it's not beef, pork, fish, or chicken, don't even bother! (and I wonder why my kid is so picky!)

mmm that deer hamburger! I won't eat deer period, but my parents like it and they tried the hamburger and my mom was litterally clawing that stuff off her tongue

ANY flat bean. Limas, butter beans, kidney beans. I must look silly in the grocery store, turning the bags of beans this way and that, trying to decide if the beans are flat.

He will eat chili beans and ranch beans, which I consider sorta flat, but apparently he doesn't.
