What food sounds nice to you?

Redfeathers, we have an Irish setter and she has to be kept penned . She has the strongest "bird drive" i've ever seen. She freaks out when a bird flys into her dog room. (her kpen is attached to the brooder room of an old chicken coop)

Appitizer would be butter poached lobster medallions. Dinner would be a 12oz 31 day dry aged buffalo fillet with garlic mashed potatos, grilled asparagus w/balsamic shallot reduction. No sauce no garnish! Dessert would have to be a bruleed banana creme pie w/ chocolate and caramel drizzle!

Thats all

A well bred Irish should have that strong bird drive. It makes me happy to take them into the field and watch them in action.

Whoever said peanut butter brownie just set off a powerful craving...thanks!

Just yesterday I had my favorite!! Creamed (real) chicken on biscuits with real mashed potatoes stuffed in the middle on the plate! Oh my!!

You lost me on the haggis, but my husband would eat it with you.

A dish from Scotland... I wont tell all the ingredients...but it is fabby!

I know whats in there. George told me. Remonds me too much of german bloodsausage and a sausage called Pressack. He ate it a few times when he was up in Scotland to see where his ancestors are from.
